I just installed macOS in virtual machine. How do I get 3D graphics acceleration in VM macOS (that blur effects and performance)???

Sorry to be off-topic, but I'm new to this field and can't install Hackintosh directly since this is my main and only PC. I installed macOS on VMware, but none of the guides I found mention how to get graphics acceleration (I guess that's what it is called). Is that possible in a macOS VM, as it's possible with a proper Hackintosh?
