I’m not sure what kind of Mac mini I have, but it was originally running Catalina. I use open core patch to put macOS Monterey and I’ve been trying to factory reset and it keeps telling me that I cannot because macOS is modified and when I do it through recovery mode, there is no partitions to install macOS to
