I have a Z590 and a 11th Gen i5 5600 CPU with a RX580. Monterey has been working well on it but now I have to update to Ventura and then to Sonoma but I am failing. I get to the Apple menu and a blank progress bar and it does not go past that.

Any help would be appreciated. I have read many guides and troubleshooting steps but nothing has worked.
