Gigabyte z590 Vision D i5 10600k stuck at [EB|LOG:EXITBS:START]

Mb: gigabyte z590 vision D, f9 bios

CPU: 10600k

GPU: amd rx 6650xt

Boot drive: NVMe WD SN570 2TB

I am trying to install Ventura on the above hardware. I created the EFI from scratch following the Dortania guide (though it seems like the guide is updated only through 0.91).

I am stuck at eb-log-exitbs-start. I have rebuilt the EFI, disabled SATA, thunderbolt, and tried to ensure my bios settings are following recommendations.

I have been camped out in the Kernel troubleshooting trying to troubleshoot, but without success.

I tried disabling DevirtualiseMmio and SetupVirtualMap, but no luck booting. I double checked that my firmware supports MAT and the EnableWriteUnprotector settings are in line with the troubleshooting guide.

I ran my config.plist through the OC Sanity checker and no red flags.

Here is my EFI folder if anyone can provide any assistance.
