Fastest MacOS VM on a Windows system

Hi! Literally all I need from MacOS is iMessage, otherwise I want to use my Windows PC.

Currently have a dedicated Virtual Desktop with AnyDesk remoted into a MacBook at home. This solution sucks.

I would love to have the most barebones MacOS run in a VM on Windows, so I can pull it up specifically for iMessage directly from Windows.

Has anyone done this? Can anyone lend any wisdom? Thank you sm!
