Completely remove OCLP?

Hi,

I’m about to upgrade to an M3 MBA, and as such am looking to sell / trade in my MacBook Pro (1st touchbar, 2016. MacBookPro13,2). However, I’d like to put this back to the last officially supported version of Mac OS (12.1).

How would I go about doing this? I appreciate i will need to wipe the SSD and start again? Do I just need to build a standard MacOS bootable USB drive?
