Can Sonoma OS be installed on(dell optiplex 7040) ??

Hi >> Can Sonoma OS be installed on my computer (dell optiplex 7040 , intel I7 6700 "skylake", Graphics:HD 530) ? if yes .. do any one have the suitable EFI files for my device ?
