Can anyone explain this?

i just recently downloaded the sonoma macOS update after hours of trying to get it to work, now my mac is running very slowly and i have to update my apple id. i click ‘continue’ but nothing happens and on force quit this extension shows up. why is it red? what does it mean? how do i change this?
