Boot issues, stuck at logo, no progress bar

My opencore hackintosh was working great for years, and then recently got an error where it started restarting moments after login. I was able to fix that and stayed logged in, created a new boot thumbdrive, went to restart to test it out and get hung up here.

This is a dual boot with separate hard drive for Windows, Windows still runs great.
