i have a thinkpad t580 with bios unlocked(cfg disabled)

what is the best version for performance. I can undervolt too. Ive used monterey and the performance is good but the apps are outdated such as discord not being able to stream audio when screen sharing
best smbios too?
i have intel wifi card (8265) might upgrade to ax210.
is it worth it to wait for sequoia to become stable? ive heard the performance is much better.
