ASRock Radeon RX6600 not working on Ventura and Sonoma

Hi all. 2 weeks ago I purchased a RX 6600 to upgrade my system that has a RX 570. Looks simples, but I'm having a problem with RX 6600. After install the RX 6600 I have a strange behavior. 99% of the times, before the login window screen (that don't appear), I got a beep and the system resets. It is a loop. Start to load the system, reset, beep. The only thing that I have on screen is the NO VIDEO INPUT from the graphics card. But sometimes, after "load the system" I got a NO VIDEO INPUT message and then a SLEEP MODE from the monitor and then freezes. No beep and no reset. So 1% is the chance to make the system runs and detect the RX 6600. Sometimes it works. My MacOS is Ventura 13.6.6 (22G630). Tried reset NVRAM too.

So I tried to create and run clean installations from Ventura and Sonoma. Same behavior like on my working system. Tried to create other pendrive with Ventura, on this time I replaced my EFI with OC 100 (I use 097) and nothing changed. Same behavior of beep and restart.

My NVRAM line on my Ventura 13.6.6 (22G630):
alcid=1 watchdog=0 agdpmod=pikera dk.e1000=0 -revsbvmm -v

And on the pen drives with a installation boot, this is the NVRAM line:
-v alcid=12 watchdog=0 agdpmod=pikera dk.e1000=0 e1000=0 npci=0x3000

With the RX 570 all options worked here. My setup:
