Another Couldn't alloc class “AppleKeyStoreTest”

Hi,
This my 1st opencore Ventura 13.6.7 install and I need help.
I have gone through most of the suggestions and I still can't get past “AppleKeyStoreTest”.

Additional Info:
-Aero G Z790 i7-13700k
-RX6900XT
-WD SN770
- Fenvi T919
- does it matter which DDR5 ram?
- I have tried unsuccesfully installing on different USB ports
-This is my 1st Hackintosh attempt.
