Airportitlwm not working on the Recovery mode - Fujistu Lifebook U748

Hi there,

I am using macOS 13.5 Ventura and loading via OC - I am using the following efi as it is built for my system.

It boots in perfectly, but the wifi is not working and thus I cannot install macOS. Do you guys know how I can fix this? So far I have tried to OC Snapshot and have verified that I have the Airportitlwm kext enabled in my plist file.
