Advice on what to do with my old Hackintosh

So guys, I am looking for your advice, see if you come up with ideas I haven't.

I have been using a self built Hackintosh good for the last 8 years. Specs:

• i7 8700K
• 64 GB RAM
• Storage: 512 NVMe / 4 Tb SSD / 2 TB HDD
• Sapphire Radeon RX 580

Right now is at 10.16, but I plan to update to the latest possible of my system which I hope is at least Ventura.

The thing is, seeing that Hackintosh days will come soon to an end... I found a MACBOOK PRO M1 MAX 64GB 16 inches at very good price, second hand but almost new, and I got it.

My dilemma now is... the new Macbook is big, not the most portable, so I see it as a Home Studio thing, with the capability of traveling when required.

However I still enjoy working on my desktop Hackintosh (still feels powerful), and I think is a waste to dumb it and stablish the new MB as Main.

What would you do?

Info: I use the computer for many different things but perhaps the most demanding is occasional video editing and regular music production with big sample libraries.
