A very dumb question about AI

Hi there,

I have a Mac Pro 4,1->5,1 running Sonoma with OCLP. My config is 2 x 3.33 6-Core Xeon, AMD Radeon RX Vega 56 8GB, and 128GB 1333 DD3 Ram.

Here's my dumb question. Is there anyway to get an AI coprocessor (ala ANE) on this config? I'm assuming not but thought I would ask the community just in case!
