I was getting stuck on the apple logo and then the progress bar for a moment, so i enabled verbose bot and got this at the end of the kernel panic.
"Waiting for all karnet threads created for interface XHC96 to get scheludeled at least once"
Then it rebooted to windows.

EDIT: I have a "MSI MPG x570 GAMING EDGE WIFI MOTHERBOARD" if it is a bios or motherboard related issue.
