Which MacOS should I install on a MacBook Mid 2012?

So, This year I got a MacBook Pro 15'' mid 2012 with the following specifications:

2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 Quad-Core

8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

GT 650M

I'm using it with MacOS Catalina, what's the most recent Mac operating system I can put on it that will run without crashes? (In this case, I would obviously be using OpenCore to install a new system)
