Sonoma in a mid 2012.

Hi.

I've installed Sonoma in my macbook pro mid 2012. I know it is old. Dont worry lol.

I'm experiencing a lot of heat. The notebook is really hot even if I don't use too much apps.

Is there something I could do to change that? Will I need to install a different MacOS version?
