Please help macbook wont boot with oc

My Macbook pro mid 2012 wont boot with opencore

Hi guys i have an issue with my mbp 2012 unable to boot. I installed opencore a while ago for installing a newer unsupported version of mac os. After a while i got sick of it and wanted to go back to the latest supported version in my case catalina. The other day my mac was on stand by and when i opened it, it was really hot and coolers were on and this is the screen i saw (picture labeled 1.). I went into BootKicker.efi and only saw an icon of opencore named EFI BOOT which when ran lead to the exact same screen with three options. This already happened to me once and i had to format the drive and reinstall the os, this time i dont have a backup of my data and really need to boot into mac, i already tried to recover my data by connecting the ssd to different computers and had no luck. I also tried to run boot.efi by finding it in OpenShell.efi but no luck it just doesnt work. Please help me!!
