Mac Pro 5,1 Sonoma and Windows 11 - I made a huge mistake

Hey,

TLDR: I did a clean install of Sonoma and opencore as I was having some issues with Sonoma. Deleted EFI for completeness. Now I can't load windows :(

So I have 2 sperate drives. Opencore was installed on the Mac OS drive. When I did a clean install I foolishly removed the EFI files thinking it would help with a clean install of opencore.

Now when I try to boot into Windows 11 I get BSOD and error code: 0xc000000e

I've been at this for hours now and can't seem to get anywhere. Can someone give me a hand here? I use the Windows 11 system for work so as you can imagine I could be doing with access it.
