even i got into the same issue with my L490.
when i was trying to install using Opencore guide , the laptop was rebooting from apple logo multiple times .
so i decided to reset the nvram . now when i turn on the laptop , power light turns on, caps lock and numlock light turn on/off when pressed , and fan turns off after few seconds .
nothing happens when i press f10 , enter , f12 , etc.
i tried everything that's there on the internet ( disassembling the laptop and holding power button , and later trying to boot just using power supply )
didn't try reprogramming bios though . no idea how to do it , and i think it's risky.
tried switching ram sticks , every combination of ram stick , no progress.
need help.
