I followed all the official guides and installed the Kext that are necessary to properly recognize the 13th generation intel processors, and everything seems to work fine. However, I just realized that in system report the wrong number of cores is listed As you can see, there are only 8. However this is what activity monitor shows me which seems in line with the total number of threads for the i9-13900. Is the total number of core listed in system report just wrong or did I forget to update something in the config.plist? I know MacOs has no way to distinguish P and E cores but, as I activated all of them in BIOS, shouldn't they all be listed? [link] [comments] |
