I was going to buy Microsoft Surface Pro 4 to work with another OS (similar to MacOS, don't know if I can say the name or not) but decided not to choose this OS, instead of it, choose MacOS. Which MacOS do you recommend where Touch Screen and pen works? I think it is Ventura
