how can I get access to WiFi for the online MacOS installer?

My laptop has an Intel Wifi card and I can use the OpenIntelWireless kexts to get wifi. so, in the macos online installer, can I use Wifi instead of ethernet for downloading the OS? (I dont have ethernet)
