Hackintosh stuck at the Apple logo while trying to boot the installer usb

I tried to install macOS Catalina on my dell latitude E6320 using this tutorial but when I try to boot the installer it stuck at the Apple logo, I’ve already tried waiting for about 10 minutes but it still does nothing, does anyone know what’s the issue and how to fix it or is there any better method to install macOS (10.13-10.15) on this computer?
