Success on installing MacOS Sonoma 14.5 on my dell laptop.
Laptop Details -
Name - Dell Inspiron 15 7577
CPU - Intel i7 7th Gen ( Kaby Lake )
GPU - GTX 1050ti
RAM - 8GB
Everything is Working fine I didnt have to use Opencore Legacy Patcher the graphics accelaration is automatically enabled. BUT there are some problems which is not a big issue for me as this is my secondary device.
Problems -
HDMI port is not working as it is taking display from my dgpu and i dont have a hardware MUX to disable is and dont how to disable it without hardware MUX so if you guys can help me with this that could be great.
Battery is draining fast i used -wegnogpu that didnt did anything so any solution would be appreciable.
As I am not using windows as a dual boot so you guessed it time is a problem that didnt sync up with my country time so put a world clock of my country as a widget and installed a app called "Menu World Time" from app store which displays the world clock of my country in menubar.
Aside from the minor problems ( for me ) everything is working fine.
