Hackintosh possibilities, need advice.

I get a XFX Speedster ZERO AMD Radeon RX 6900XT EKWB, I read in many places around internet, that rx 6900 xt is the best card for hackintosh these days, so I go put this old pc gaming for this task, I have a old thinkpad hackintosh catalina, work perfectly, rock solid but to slow this days, when I do that thinkpad hackintosh, I just follow a video on YouTube and do that, not been a expert, I go give my configuration amd my doubts, all help and advice is welcome:

Msi Z490 A-pro I9 10900KF 32 GB ram 3200 aegis gskill 2 ssd m.2 (2tb each one, want one runs mac and other run windows, dual boot)

Questions

What may be the best macos on this hardware? What is the best wificard oob these days?

If any one wants help me configure that, I count on have the card and close the computer until next week, and help is appreciated and very welcome.
