EFI missing for Sonoma 14.2.1

Hello...

I'm in a big trouble. I ran a dual-boot Windows 11 23H2 / Sonoma 14.2.1 with OpenCore 0.9.7 on the same SSD. Today, I had issues with my Windows and reinstalled it : BUT during the setup process, I deleted every partitions on the SSD to formate it in order to install Windows. The only partition left was MacOS (Fortunately, I didn't delete it lmao). I think that I destroyed the EFI necessary to boot OpenCore.

Consequences : when booting the PC, BIOS only shows Windows 11 23H2 as the only boot option available. I can boot MacOS only with a USB OpenCore 0.9.7 but that's not very practical at all. On MacOS, no EFI is detected so I can't mount none. Except, "EFI NO NAME" detected when using "sudo disklist".

How can I put back everything in order ?

Config : - Ryzen 5 7500F - Asus Rog B650E-I Gaming Wifi - Radeon Pro W6600 - 1Tb SSD Crucial P3 Plus.

Thank you...
