So l js updated to Sonoma with open core MacBook Air 13", Mid 2013 ~ Core i5 @1.3GHz 4GB DDR3 256GB SSD and it's been kinda overheating first time it happens and fan blowing up should I reset and start with a brand new with Sonoma or downgrade to Ventura
