Do I need to do anything to update from 14.4.1 to 14.5?

I was looking up some info, but I'm not sure what I need to do.

Some people needed to disable secure boot, others got stuck during the update.

I'm running OpenCore 1.0.0, and I have updated all my kexts.

Specs, kexts, smbios:

• i3 9100F - H310C mobo
• RTL 8168/8111, ALC887
• RX 580 8GB
• 8GB RAM
• Currently on Sonoma 14.4
