"Boot failed - Aborted" and "support.apple.com/mac/startup screen"

I've been trying to set up Ventura on an OpenCore desktop for a while now, was having issues with [EB|#LOG:EXITBS:START] but set slide value and DevirtualiseMmio, getting to macOS startup with prohibitory symbol, and can't figure out what to do from here. I'm on an i5-10400 with a XFX RX-570, both of which are supposed to be supported.
