Audio Not Working

Hey all,

I have a *mostly* successful Hackintosh (Ventura) on my Dell XPS 13 7390. I have it dual booted with Windows (which isn't causing the issue below) and have mostly everything working flawlessly. The only two big issues I'm encountering is

• Bluetooth not working (not as worried about that, removed the kexts for now)

• audio isn't working (bigger issue, Apple ALC kext is installed) -- with that said, I am able to change the volume, and Mac shows as though it is outputting audio, but no speaker activity

If anyone could help me figure out what's going on, that would be greatly appreciated.

Specs:

• CPU -- Intel Core i5-10210u

• GPU - UHD 620

• SSD - WD 570

• Audio Codec -- ALC299 (I've tried layout id 21 and 22)

• nothing else relevant?

I can attach my EFI if required. Please see the following screen shots of my Device Properties. I also did try deleting Device Properties outright and used boot-args instead. No difference.
