2013 MacBook Pro keyboard and trackpad issues

Hi all,

I recently used OCLP to run macOS Sonoma on my 2013 MacBook Pro. After install, I noticed the trackpad and keyboard were behaving oddly. At logon, the keyboard and trackpad work flawlessly but after ~2 minutes, some keys stop working and some would make the boop sound when pressed. Also, after this the trackpad starts right clicking no matter where I click the trackpad. External mouses and keyboard exhibit the same behaviour once the trackpad & keyboard start doing the weird stuff. If I boot the laptop and only use external keyboard and mouses, it works fine. Any help would be appreciated!
