Need some help with late 2013 iMac

Crashed out on Thursday, ever since it sticks on the Apple logo in normal boot. Running Sonoma for a few months now on OCLP 1.4.2.

If I revert the EFI snapshot I can boot into safe mode (no internet). I changed my login screen picture to the default (initials) but it does not seem my machine is affected by the recent emoji bug.

I was able to reinstall OCLP from safe mode and reboot back to safe mode but when I root patch I get stuck again on Apple logo (regular boot) or login screen (safe boot).

Help?
