Help please - OC: Failed to load configuration!

Hello everyone,

I am on the track achieving this beautiful tinkering.

There are some obstacles I am not getting trough though.

At boot I am getting this
OC: Failed to load configuration!

Nothing else.

I googled and tried some potential solutions, but no success.

I am sharing a file in gdrive with information of my config and USB content.
I was using tree /f command in cmd for getting the list of my usb's folders and files.
