hackintosh deactivate the USB port on first boot (keyboard and mouse do not work)

Hello, I am trying to install MacOS Monterey on an old Terra server. I have managed to create the boot USB. When I boot from the stick I press the space bar to see more. Then I click on 2. usb stick (external) (dmg). A short time later, when the console is running, the light from the mouse and the USB stick goes dark. Then the Apple logo appears, followed by the selection of what I want to do in Recovery. And I can't get any further because I can't use the mouse and keyboard. Can anyone help me with what I can do?

I have tried all sorts of things, including different drivers, mapping the USB ports myself and changing the MacOS version, but none of it has helped.

I have already mentioned the same problem in a German forum, but they could not help me. My problem is also described in more detail there:
