Bootcamp or similar on a OCLP running system?

Hey,

Is it possible to install Windows in parallel after OCLP was installed without problems?

My GF needs windows to run an application and it's not very smooth under vbox... So I would like to install Windows aside but I don't know how this will affect OCLP etc.
