what is that for a trash imac? why can’t i upgrade it??

i tried to upgrade my Imac mid 2011 from monterey to ventura but everytime i want to install it it says, that i can’t “downgrade” my disk to an old version?? how can i solve this? without erase the disk? the first time i made this Imac from high sierra to monterey i didn’t needed to erase anything
