Stuck at login after update

Hi, at first I have to say I'm sorry because I'm doing like a bad enduser here and can't give you all the info you might need.

I have a macbook pro, late 2014, here and recently switched to OCLP. If I remember correct, I installed Sonoma. Yesterday I installed the latest update after the OS prompted it a few times. After the first reboot I got a message about some patches I would have to accept via security settings, but while I was searching for the settings I got another message asking for a reboot. I thought "Well, if it still is an issue, I will be able to solve it after the reboot." So I did the reboot, everything looked fine but after login it is stuck at about a third of the loading bar.

I did some reboots, no change. I tried to recover but after going to the menu to recover from time machine, the system is stuck again.

What can I do to get my macbook working again? I don't have any important data on it but I don't want to throw it in the trash yet.
