Progress Bar At Middle and Restarts when booting up MacOS Recovery

I have a Lenovo YOGA c740-14IML

Specs: Intel Core I5 10210U

Ram 8GB LPDDR4

SSD: 256GB Samsung

IGPU Intel UHD 630

Realtek Audio

So when ever i boot up the mac os recovery with the -v argument the verbose mode doesnt work and also when I boot up the Recovery it goes to the apple logo and it goes about halfway and then it restarts. Im thinking kernel panic because the usb drive stopped being active before it Restarts but i cant access it because its in verbose mode.
