I just upgraded my Mac Pro 5,1 to Sonoma using OCLP and performance is now quite poor. Very laggy keyboard input, choppy window movement and scrolling in Chrome, etc.
I have Sonoma installed to a Samsung 850 EVO SSD running through one of the PCIE slots. I also have a Sapphire RX580, dual Xeons, and 32GB of RAM. Is there anything I can do to get it back to normal operation? Or is this expected behavior with Sonoma on an old machine like this?
