May have made a mistake.. i need help.

I was trying to get rid of OpenCore on my macbook and i erased the hard drive and now im stuck. It wont let me reinstall macos (High sierra) and i keep getting stuck at “Recovery server could not be contacted.” and the boot screen looks weird. What should i do??? Help.
