Macbook Pro 8,2 Catalina - Browsers other than Safari not working

I used OCLP to get my MBP to Catalina. I had used Dosdude1 patches to get to High Sierra. This machine had the AMD GPU problem so it is disabled and I'm using the CPU based graphics. My issue is I've discovered that some websites are not working well with Safari so I downloaded Chrome and Opera to try those as a work around but they won't open after installation. I googled around and found this:

I quite frankly do not understand what to do with this information. At lunch of the program? Where do I add this? I'm stumped.
