how do i fix this

Does anyone know how to fix this? This happens whenever i boot to the macOS 14 Sonoma Installer. When I click on the macOS Recovery thing in the open core debug boot selector thing, it will show that message in the picture and then bring me back to the open core debug boot selector. Please help. My specs are: AMD Ryzen 3 3200G, AMD Vega 8 Graphics, 16 GB RAN, 239 NVMe M.2 Drive, Desktop, HP Desktop M01-F0xxxx
