Hackintosh is "breaking" my router

Hello, I have the strangest problem with my internet connection. Basically my router randomly stops working, and every device in the house goes offline (even if the light on the router are all green). The moment I unplug the lan cable from my hackintosh, suddenly it all starts working again. This started some months ago and it happens randomly, sometimes once in a while, sometimes everyday. Took me ages to understand the hack was causing it, but right now I have no doubts.

What I've tried since now is using an ethernet-usb adaptor instead of the lan port on the motherboard, and assigning fixed IPs to everything I could, but none of them worked. I've also had my router replaced by my internet provider.

Hackintosh is a 3,1 GHz Intel Core i9-9900 8 core, with an AMD Radeon RX 570 8 GB and 64gb of Ram. recently updated to Ventura 13.6.1 (problems started BEFORE the update). Is made by a serious professional, and I have it since 2020.

Have you ever seen something like this? Any idea what can cause this and how to fix it? Any ideas would be much appreciated since I really don't know what to do anymore.
