AppleNVMe Assert failed

Hi everyone, I have a problem as shown in the image,anyone have any idea how can I fix that?

Might be mine Nvme is not supported for the Mac right?

Nvme:CT500P3SSD8 : 500.1 GB for window 11(Cruicial P3),WDBRPG5000ANC-WRSN : 500.1 GB for MacOs(WD SN750)
