Ventura keeps rebooting to installer, even after "installed"

Hello, I have been following the Dortania guide for installing Ventura on my HP Pavillion 14-al062nr (with core i5-6200u).

After booting into the macOS installer, and successfully installing, my computer reboots. It gives me the option for "macOS installer" on the opencore boot menu, as the guide says is supposed to happen. However, instead of seeing "an apple logo, and after a few minutes getting a timer at the bottom saying "x minutes remaining". " (as this part of the guide says), it simply reboots to the installer.

Please let me know if you can help. I can post more system information and my files if you feel it is important.
