The Dortania Hackintosh Guide says „It is highly advisable to map your USB ports BEFORE installing MacOS“.
However all of the instructions on it seem to be post install fixes. Except for adding the USBInjectAll.kext and changing XhciPortLimit to true in the config.plist. All of the actual mapping happens after the macOS install.
This got me a little confused, so I just wanted to know what’s best practice with USB mapping?
