No HDMI Output on Thinkpad E14

I managed to install Monterey on my Thinkpad i5-10th Gen, 8G. RAM, 256 nvme and so far what's working:

Touchpad, WiFi, Ethernet, Fn Keys, Audio, Battery

But what's NOT working, Bluetooth, camera, HDMI port,

I'm trying to solve the HDMI Issue where when connecting HDMI cable it's not working, like i'm not even connecting it, i used the OC Docs
