" Installing requires downloading important content. That content can’t be downloaded right now. Try again later." Error

I've been trying to install MacOS Ventura for a long time on my Thinkpad T430, i get pretty far into my installation arriving at the installation of macos into the SSD. when i click "Reinstall MacOS Ventura" and i click proceed it says " Installing requires downloading important content. That content can’t be downloaded right now. Try again later." Any wonders Why? also i've already checked my SMBIOS and My kexts, i'm currently using a EFI from github after my EFI's have been all unsuccesful.

Laptop: Thinkpad T430

CPU: Intel I5-3320M

GPU: IGPU Intel HD 4000

Wifi: i use ITWLM and AirportITWLM 13

Ethernet: TBH idk but i use a cable

(NB: should i retry to make my EFI again?)
